Introducing the Newest Members of our Family

Meet Bug and Lynx, the two newest members of our family. We are currently fostering (with the intent of keeping :)) these two little adorable half-Siamese kittens. They were born about five weeks ago at the prison here in Vacaville, rescued by one of our confirmand's dad, and taken in by the family. We have 1/4 of the litter. For all of you who don't want to figure the math, there were eight kittens born in this litter. Half of them favored siamese, and the other half favored a dark grey and black tiger (much like my parents' cat, Whitesocks). The kittens are adorable and very lovey. They enjoy climbing up your leg to sit on your lap, chasing Rev's tail, and crawling up the backside of our couch. I guess until we get them declawed, the new couch is going to have to wait. :) Rev might not love them quite yet after the first two days, but he is very interested in them, enjoys chasing them, and is fascinated by Lynx, the little girl. (uh oh!)

I named the little boy Bug, short for Cuddle Bug, because he is a lover boy, and Jon thought that 'Lover Boy' was too girly of a name for a boy to have. :) He is just the softest little thing you've ever touched!

Jon named the little girl, Lynx, because she looks like a Lynx with extra tufts of hair growing above and beyond her big ears and her black tail tip. She really does resemble a lynx! She and Rev get along the best. They both purr very loudly, and they resemble eachother's markings, minus the color difference.

The kittens enjoy playing with each other...when they're awake.

Lani and Jon,
Bug and Lynx are really cute. And don't you even give Jon all the credit of naming Bug Cuddle Bug and calling him Bug for short. That was SO my idea! Anyway, I agree with Shana and think you should keep them. Rev might get lonely if you dont :)
Love you both!!
